This 3-day diet which is meant to cleanse your entire body has been approved by Dr. Oz.
Start your morning with a detox tea made of 1 green tea, 1 teaspoon of Stevia and 1 slice of lemon and a breakfast smoothie made with the following ingredients:
1 tsp of flax seed
1 cup of water
1 cup of raspberries
2 tablespoons of lemon
1 tsp of almond butter
¼ cup of spinach
All this should be followed by a ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.
Next meal should be your lunch smoothie, followed by a ½ multivitamin and Omega3 supplement.
Your favorite drink should serve as a snack, completing your day with a bath in which you should put ten drops of lavender oil and 2 ½ cups of Epsom salt.
Follow the same morning routine as in Day 1.
Take the breakfast smoothie, followed by a ½ multivitamin and probiotic supplement.
Then make a lunch smoothie with the following:
1 cup pineapple
4 celery stalks
½ green apple
½ cup of almond milk
1 cup of kale leaves
1 tbs of coconut oil

Finish your day with a dinner smoothie and an ultra detox bath.

Your dinner smoothie should consist of:
1 cup of blueberries
1½ coconut water
1 tbs of lemon
1 cup of kale
1 tbs of flax seeds
