The ongoing Corona situation keeps us on our toes at all times. Be it the change in symptoms or the increasing number of patients all the facts capture our interests like never before. One amongst them says people with lung, heart disorders, and diabetes are more prone to this virus and thus, it becomes extremely important for diabetics to take a little special care of themselves than usual.

This is an important tip for all the people on medications out there but diabetics for sure need to be extra careful. Stock up on all the medicines for a considerable amount of timekeeping in mind the situation of your place.

  • Don’t be lazy: 

We know how hard it is to stick to a schedule in these times and we don’t expect you to do either but exercising, only for 30 minutes, is going to save you from a lot of trouble tomorrow. 

  • Be calm: 

 Stressing contributes towards increasing your blood sugar levels and trusts us, you wouldn’t want that. Do whatever it takes to avoid stress and anxiety. It can be talking to old friends, cooking, spending time with your family, etc. 

These simple tips can make a world of a difference and not let the current situation come in way of your health and wellness. Not something complicated but a little time and effort will keep your sugar level right and you will be able to take care of yourself with limited resources as well.
